Booking me as your wedding photographer is a simple and straightforward process. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you understand how it works:

1 - Initial Inquiry:

Reach out via 'Get in Touch' my contact form on the website' to check availability for your wedding or event date. Feel free to share any details about your wedding / event and what you’re looking for in a photographer.

I’ll respond within 2 days to confirm availability and provide initial information about my services.

2 - Consultation:

Schedule a Meeting: We’ll set up a consultation, either in person or virtually, this could be a zoom / phone call or WhatsApp to discuss your wedding / event plans, photography style preferences, and specific needs. (We can continue this via email as well if you prefer.)

You can select the package option from the pricing list that best suits your needs, and I can tailor it further based on your preferences. Following our discussion, I'll create a customised proposal that outlines the services and final package that perfectly aligns with your vision.

3 - Booking Confirmation:

Review and Agreement: Once you’re happy and wish to go ahead and book, I’ll send over a contract for you to review and sign. This contract outlines the services, package details, and terms of the agreement.

Deposit: To secure your date, a deposit of 30% is required at the time of signing the contract. This ensures that your date is reserved in my calendar.

4 - Ongoing Support:

Follow-Up: I’m available for any follow-up questions and additional services you might need, from recommendations, advice on vendors and any other questions you may have leading up to your event.

I photograph weddings to capture the feelings, mood, emotions, calm and crazy moments as well as all the details that make your wedding special. This means allowing the day to naturally flow while I move around and capture the moments of the couple and guests.

Candid moments are a top priority, I will also guide you to pose and allow natural interactions between the couples.

Each wedding is unique, and the approach may vary based on the couple's preferences and the specific cultural or religious aspects of the ceremony.

During our consultations leading up to the special day, we will discuss the schedule, locations, and any must-have shots.

The number of photos can vary based on factors such as the length of the event, the number of guests, and the activities involved. My priority is to deliver a comprehensive set of images that captures the essence of your special day.

For an 8 hours full day coverage wedding, you will receive between 400 to 600 fully edited images. This is an estimated figure based on the factors mentioned above. I do not limit the pictures, this means, if there is 1000 great images, I will provide all of them.

I always choose quality rather than quantity.

You will receive a password protected online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 8 to 12 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your event).

This duration allows for careful curation, meticulous editing, and the crafting of a collection that truly reflects the beauty and uniqueness of your special day.

You can download all the photos from the gallery, as well as share your favourite shots with your friends and family using a shareable gallery link.

Yes, along with the candid moments I also capture the traditional family group and stage photos.

I am London based, and yes, I love to travel to different cities in the UK and abroad! I've had the pleasure of photographing amazing couples halfway around the world.

If you want me to photograph your story, I will be happy to travel to you outside of London.

Travel fees will be included in the final price package.

Unfortunately I do not offer videography as a service.

However, I can recommend talented videographers that are vouched for with great talent and skill.

I completely understand that being in front of the camera can feel a bit daunting. First and foremost, let me assure you that you're not alone—many people feel this way, and it's completely normal.
